Green Bridge Metals Corporation Successfully Closes C$4 Million Best Efforts Public Offering

Green Bridge Metals Corporation has closed a C$4 million public offering, raising C$4,000,750 by selling 32,006,000 units at C$0.125 each, according to Leader Post. The deal gives the company fresh cash to keep its operations running and cover general working capital needs.
The offering was conducted by Stifel Canada as sole agent and bookrunner. Each unit includes one common share plus one warrant, giving buyers the right to purchase an additional share at C$0.155 until July 30, 2029, Toronto Sun reported.
Each unit sold in the offering has two parts. The first is one common share of Green Bridge Metals. The second is a warrant — a right to buy one more share later. Investors can use that warrant at C$0.155 per share. The warrant stays valid for roughly four years, expiring July 30, 2029, according to Mitchell Advocate.
The warrant price of C$0.155 sits about 24% above the offering price of C$0.125. That means investors only profit from the warrant if the stock rises above C$0.155 before the expiry date.
Stifel Canada served as the sole agent and bookrunner for the offering. A 'best efforts' deal means the agent tries to sell all the shares but does not guarantee it. The firm only gets paid for what it actually sells, The Whig reported. Green Bridge sold all 32,006,000 units, hitting the full target.
This type of offering is common for smaller companies. It lets them raise money without the bank taking on the risk of buying unsold shares. Green Bridge trades on four exchanges: the CSE in Canada, the OTCQB in the US, and the FWB in Germany, under the WKN code A3EW4S.
The company said it will put the net proceeds toward supporting existing operations and general working capital. Green Bridge did not name a specific project or asset as the target for the funds, according to Pembroke Observer. Working capital typically covers day-to-day costs like salaries, supplies, and overhead.
Green Bridge Metals trades on the CSE under the ticker GRBM and on the OTCQB under GBMCF. The closing of this offering marks a key step in shoring up the company's finances as it continues to develop its metals business.
