UFP Technologies Presents to Investors, Hosts 1x1 Meetings at IDEAS Conference June 10th.

Mitchell Rock makes his debut as CEO of UFP Technologies (Nasdaq: UFPT) on June 10, 2026, presenting at the 16th Annual East Coast IDEAS Investor Conference in New York. Rock took the top job just six days earlier, on June 4, when he formally replaced R. Jeffrey Bailly, who led the company for 31 years, according to Business Wire.
The presentation begins at 7:55 AM ET at The Westin Times Square and will be webcast live. CFO Ron Lataille will join Rock on stage. Investors will get their first look at how the new CEO plans to steer a company that posted record revenue of $602.8 million in 2025, per Yahoo Finance.
UFP Technologies is no longer the generalist manufacturer it once was. Medical sales now make up roughly 90% of total revenue, up from about 65% in 2024. The company has spent five years shedding low-margin businesses like automotive parts and replacing them with specialized medical contracts, according to Business Wire.
A deal with Sage Products, a Stryker subsidiary, locks UFP in as the sole manufacturer of specific products through 2029–2030. The company also completed seven acquisitions between 2024 and 2025, including facilities in Puerto Rico and Maryland. In Q1 2026, its robotic surgery segment grew 7%, interventional and surgical grew 15%, and patient support products grew 11%.
UFP reported Q1 2026 revenue of $154.2 million, a 4.1% gain year over year, per Yahoo Finance. Medical segment revenue rose 5.9%. Non-medical sales fell 15%. The company employs nearly 5,000 people and carries a market cap of roughly $1.71 billion.
Skeptics note that once acquisitions are stripped out, organic growth was essentially flat in Q1. High SG&A expenses of $21 million and costs tied to the CEO transition are also pressuring earnings per share. Some analysts call this an execution risk, not just a growth story, according to MarketScreener.
CFO Ron Lataille flagged a specific concern heading into the second half of 2026. He said
