SalesCloser deploys AI-powered voice qualification for a top social media platform's high-volume onboarding.

SalesCloser Technologies has landed one of the world's top-five social media platforms as an enterprise customer, deploying its AI voice qualification system at scale. Financial Post reported that the full commercial deployment began in late September 2025, marking a significant jump in the company's enterprise reach.
The deal covers a regional division of the unnamed social media giant. SalesCloser's AI will screen and qualify applicants for a high-volume onboarding program — replacing a largely manual process. The company trades on three exchanges: TSXV as SCAI, OTCQB as SCTLF, and FSE as MJ5.
The customer runs a high-volume applicant onboarding program. Screening those applicants by hand is slow and costly. SalesCloser's conversational AI handles the qualification calls automatically — no human agent needed. Calgary Sun reported the system integrates directly into the customer's existing workflow tools.
This kind of use case — called voice qualification — means the AI speaks with applicants, asks screening questions, and decides who moves forward. It runs around the clock and can handle far more calls than a human team. That speed and scale is exactly what a top-five global platform needs.
SalesCloser CEO Ali Tajskandar called the win a proof point for the platform. He said the deployment "demonstrates the strength of its platform in enterprise-grade, high-volume qualification use cases," according to Chatham Daily News. That's a key claim for a company still building its reputation with large clients.
Tajskandar also framed the deal as part of a broader push. He said SalesCloser is expanding its AI across "a broader set of customer-facing workflows and industries" — a signal the company sees this as more than a one-sector play. The social media win is meant to open doors in other verticals.
Top social media platforms run massive partner and creator programs. Onboarding thousands of new applicants per month requires fast, consistent screening. A human team can't keep up with that volume without high costs. AI qualification solves that problem by running every call the same way, every time.
Seaforth Huron Expositor noted the deployment aims to "streamline the manual screening process." For the customer, that likely means faster decisions, lower overhead, and a more consistent applicant experience — all without adding headcount.
SalesCloser built its platform for autonomous AI sales — software that handles the full sales or qualification call without a human on the line. Landing a top-five global social media platform is its highest-profile enterprise win to date. Fort Saskatchewan Record reported the contract began its commercial phase in late September 2025.
The company is small by stock market standards — listed on junior exchanges in Canada and the US. But this deal puts it in the room with some of the biggest tech brands in the world. Ontario Farmer and other outlets covering the announcement suggest investor attention around the SCAI ticker is likely to follow.
