A.I.S. Resources Limited has secured an option agreement to acquire up to 100% ownership of the Frenchmans Creek and Grand Bay mining properties in New Brunswick, Canada Recorder. The Frenchmans Creek property spans 88 mining claims across four blocks covering approximately 2,200 hectares, located just 10 kilometres from Saint John. The company can complete the acquisition through staged payments over four years, with the original owner retaining a 2% net smelter royalty (NSR) after the deal closes.
