Dániel Gazdag scored a stoppage time goal to secure a 2-1 victory for the New England Revolution against New York City FC. The goal came in the third minute of second-half stoppage period, using assists from defender Ilay Feingold and Brooklyn Raines. Carles Gil initially put New England ahead in the 12th minute, but Luighi Hanri Sousa Santos scored the equalizer for NYCFC in the 71st minute. The Revolution improved to 4-6-2 on the road, while NYCFC fell to 4.5-4 at home.
