Revenue Growth Amid Rising Costs

Maxima Grupė revenue exceeds EUR 2 billion in the first half of 2026.

The consolidated revenue of MAXIMA GRUPĖ, UAB in the Baltic States increased by 2.8% year on year in the first half of 2026, reaching EUR 2.03 billion. The company's like-for-like retail revenue also grew by 2,1%. The growth exceeded food inflation in the region, which stood at approximately 2% in the year. The EBITDA margin declined by 0.2 percentage points year on the year due to rising labour, energy and fuel costs. The Group allocated EUR 101 million from retained earnings as dividends to its sole shareholder, UAF “Vilniaus prekyba”. The group increased investments in expanding its network of owned stores and fixed assets, an increase of EUR 30.9 million compared to the same period last year.
