ITC acquires remaining stake in Yoga Bar maker Sproutlife for ₹645 crore.

ITC has acquired the remaining 52.5% stake in Sproutlife Foods, the maker of Yoga Bar products, for about ₹645 crore, raising its ownership from 47.5% to 100%. The purchase of 13,445 shares was completed September 28, making Sproutlife a wholly owned subsidiary; no regulatory approvals were required. ITC said the deal supports its strategy to strengthen its foods portfolio, while Yoga Bar has grown from a digital-first brand into a business expanding its presence in physical retail.
Sproutlife’s reported turnover rose from ₹108 crore in FY2023-24 to ₹200 crore in FY2024-25 and ₹452 crore in FY2025-26.
ITC’s FY26 annual report said Yoga Bar maintained momentum in bars, muesli and oats, expanded its protein range, and launched products in the plant-protein-powder segment.
Before the acquisition, ITC had invested a cumulative ₹255 crore in Sproutlife; its stake was 47.5% on a fully diluted basis as of March 31, 2026.
