Ripple Expands Multi-Asset Prime Services Partnership With Investment Manager Brevan Howard

Ripple has expanded its relationship with alternative investment manager Brevan Howard, with Ripple Prime providing the manager’s funds multi-asset prime brokerage, clearing and financing services across traditional and digital markets. The companies say the unified platform is intended to improve operational simplicity and capital efficiency as institutional investors seek regulated infrastructure for increasingly interconnected markets. The agreement builds on earlier support for Ripple from Brevan Howard-affiliated funds, which participated in a $500 million funding round.
Ripple Prime’s unified platform also includes crypto assets XRP and RLUSD, alongside its traditional-market services.
Ripple Prime launched U.S. stock trading in August through its Delta One business, offering total-return swaps aimed at hedge funds, market makers and ETF issuers.
Ripple Prime President Noel Kimmel said Brevan Howard’s trust recognizes Ripple’s cross-asset capabilities and competitive position, and described the expanded relationship as a long-term commitment to shared success.
The earlier $500 million funding round valued Ripple at $40 billion; Article 1 reports that its valuation later rose to $50 billion following a $750 million buyback program.
