Ex-CIA Officer Plea Hearing

Former CIA officer scheduled for plea hearing following multimillion-dollar gold seizure

Former CIA official, David J. Rush, is expected to plead guilty to theft of public money after the FBI seized 303 gold bars worth about $40 million from his home in May. Rush was arrested and charged with the theft of 303 gold bar. He is set to appear before a U.S. District Judge Michael S. Nachmanoff for a plea agreement hearing.
