IO Interactive Releases Free Extended Operations DLC for 007 First Light

The two TacSim missions are named Valhalla Protocol and Jungle Heist; Jungle Heist features the Squire Marksman rifle and Storm 12 Gauge shotgun.
The three new Bond outfits are Leisure Beam, First Class and Observant Spy, and outfits players have unlocked can also be used in New Game+.
Gameplay refinements include more detailed weapon-handling animations and a change that allows enemies to knock Bond off ledges.
The new 00 difficulty limits gadget use as well as making combat tougher and enemies smarter.
IO Interactive has released Extended Operations, a free DLC update for 007 First Light, delivering new TacSim missions and features the community has requested since launch Screen Rant. The October 1 shadowdrop adds four Aston Martin Valhalla missions in Slovakia, one jungle mission in Vietnam, New Game+, a harder 00 difficulty setting, and Photo Mode featuring the MI6 mascot Jack the bulldog IGN.
The Valhalla Protocol missions let players drive the supercar across Slovakia in four separate TacSim operations. Jungle Heist, set in Vietnam, introduces the Squire Marksman rifle and Storm 12 Gauge shotgun FullCleared. The two new guns give agents fresh tactical options beyond the base game's arsenal.
Extended Operations adds New Game+, letting players restart the campaign with all unlocked outfits intact IGN. The new 00 difficulty strips away gadget crutches, makes combat tougher, and makes enemies smarter. This hardcore mode targets veterans hungry for a real challenge after finishing the story once.
Players gain three cosmetic outfits: Leisure Beam, First Class, and Observant Spy Screen Rant. Photo Mode debuts with Jack the bulldog as the new MI6 mascot, giving fans a creative tool to capture and share their favorite moments. Both features address longtime requests for endgame content and player expression.
Alongside the DLC, IO Interactive rolled out a free starter pack to onboard newcomers FullCleared. Refined weapon-handling animations and a new ledge-knockoff mechanic deepen combat immersion. The studio, known for post-launch support on its Hitman series, continues backing First Light months after launch with zero paywalls.
