Ukrainian Drones Kill Two in Russia as Moscow Strikes Key Black Sea Port

Ukrainian drones have killed two people in Russia, according to local officials in Tatarstan, according the regional office of regional head Rustam Minnikhanov. The victims were killed after a drone hit a tree near their parked car. Ukrainian authorities reported Russian drone attacks on the Black Sea port of Odesa and a fire near a border crossing with Poland. Russia has been using ballistic missiles and jet-powered drones to penetrate Ukraine's defenses and exploit Kyiv's dwindling stock of missile interceptors. The strikes have targeted Ukraine's power grid and have led to fuel rationing across Russia, despite the country being a key oil and gas exporter. Ukraine also claimed to have hit a major oil refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban, in Russia's Krasnodar region, across from Crimea.
