Dirty Dancing Broadway Run

Dirty Dancing: The Musical arrives on Broadway for a limited engagement.

The musical adaptation of the 1987 film "Dirty Dancing: The Musical" is set to perform at the Lena Horne Theatre on Broadway as part of its national tour. The show will be played from Feb. 12 to Sept. 5. The musical features a new book by Eleanor Bergstein, the original screenwriter of the film, direction by Lonny Price, and choreography by Darrell Grand Moultrie. Annalese Starzec and Blake Zelesnikar will make their Broadway debuts in the roles. This is the latest stage adaptation from Lionsgate, which is also developing a musical production of the studio's six-time Academy Award-winning film "La La Land" and a stage adaptation of The Housemaid.
