Lemon Tree Hotels Subsidiary Acquires Bandra Land for Rs 120 Crore

Lemon Tree Hotels’ subsidiary Fleur Hotels has acquired a roughly 989-square-meter site in Bandra (East), Mumbai, for ₹120 crore, excluding stamp duty and registration charges. The site, adjoining the Bandra Kurla Complex and along the Western Express Highway, is slated for a 172-room Lemon Tree Premier full-service hotel with dining, fitness and swimming-pool facilities. The hotel is expected to serve business and MICE travelers as well as leisure and social guests, and will be the group’s seventh property in Mumbai and its first development in Bandra.
