The National Testing Agency releases the final answer key for AIAPGET 2026.

Under the AIAPGET marking scheme, candidates receive four marks for each correct answer and lose one mark for each incorrect answer, enabling them to calculate a probable score from the final key.
The AIAPGET scorecard is expected to include the candidate’s name, roll number, date of birth, aggregate marks and qualifying status; candidates will use their application number and date of birth to download it when results are released.
NTA said the examination was conducted at 205 centres across 104 cities nationwide, providing additional logistical detail about the test’s reach.
NTA advised candidates to rely on the official AIAPGET portal rather than answer-key PDFs circulated through social media or coaching groups, and directed candidates with questions to the NTA Help Desk.
The examination leads to admission to postgraduate MD, MS and PG diploma programmes in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy, rather than being limited to a single postgraduate qualification.
The National Testing Agency released the final answer key for the All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) 2026 on September 18, Telegraph India reported. The key allows candidates to review their responses and calculate estimated scores before official results arrive. A total of 49,864 candidates out of 51,482 registered appeared for the exam held on August 22, with a re-examination for 49 candidates on September 1.
Candidates can access the subject-specific answer key through the official AIAPGET website using their application number and password, India TV News stated. Under the AIAPGET marking scheme, each correct answer earns four marks while each incorrect answer deducts one mark. This allows candidates to calculate their probable score before the formal scorecard is released.
The National Testing Agency advised candidates to use only the official AIAPGET portal rather than answer-key PDFs shared on social media or through coaching groups. Candidates with questions should contact the NTA Help Desk for support.
The AIAPGET scorecard will display the candidate's name, roll number, date of birth, aggregate marks, and qualifying status, India Today reported. Candidates will download their scorecard using their application number and date of birth once results are officially released by NTA.
AIAPGET admission leads to postgraduate MD, MS, and PG diploma programmes in four traditional medicine fields: Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy, Mathrubhumi English noted. The test serves as the common entrance exam for the 2026-27 academic session across these disciplines.
The examination was conducted at 205 centres spread across 104 cities nationwide, demonstrating the broad geographic reach of the test. This infrastructure supported the large candidate base participating in the entrance assessment.
