ASX Sets 2026 Annual General Meeting Featuring Four Key Director Elections

The meeting will take place in the Whiteley Ballroom on Level 2 of the Amora Hotel, 11 Jamison Street, Sydney NSW 2000, with registration opening at 9:00 a.m. Sydney time.
Vicki Carter and Luke Randell are seeking re-election, while Deidre (Dee) McGrath and Vic Jokovic are standing for election for the first time after being appointed as non-executive directors since last year’s AGM. The board unanimously recommends voting in favour of all four resolutions, although each candidate has abstained from recommending their own election or re-election.
The reports to be received include not only ASX’s Financial Report, Sustainability Report, Directors’ Report and Auditor’s Reports for the year ended June 30, 2026, but also the Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for the National Guarantee Fund.
ASX says its website will provide further AGM information and host a recording of the proceedings after the meeting, extending access beyond the live webcast.
For proxy voting, the chair may vote undirected proxies at the chair’s discretion. If the chair is appointed by default without voting directions, submitting the form expressly authorises the chair to vote on matters directly or indirectly related to key-management personnel remuneration, subject to the notice’s voting exclusions.
