Chase Briscoe dominates the Las Vegas Motor Speedway to win South Point 400.

Denny Hamlin and Ty Gibbs qualified on the front row for the Cup race; Chase drivers occupied the 14 fastest qualifying positions, except Penske teammates Ryan Blaney and Joey Logano.
Before the Las Vegas race, Kyle Larson led the standings by 26 points over Hamlin. Larson had earned the maximum 76 points at Kansas after winning both stages and the race, and recording the fastest lap.
The Cup race was scheduled for Sunday at 5:30 p.m. ET, with 11 tire sets allocated: eight new sets for the race, two for practice and one qualifying set that transferred to the race. The O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race was scheduled for Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Briscoe's victory marked immediate redemption after losing to Larson on the final lap at Kansas Speedway the week before Motorsport.com. "I don't think I'd be able to get on the team plane if I didn't win," Briscoe said after the race NBC Sports. The NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series Focused Health 302 took place Saturday evening at 7:30 p.m. ET, featuring 201 laps across 301.5 miles Yahoo Sports. Corey Day won the race after a dramatic final-lap pass, leading 136 laps total. The Bullring also hosted the inaugural Kyle Busch Classic for the ARCA Menards Series West on Friday night, with 24 cars competing over 151 laps NBC Sports. Additional SPEARS CARS Tour Southwest Pro Late Model and Limited Late Model races showcased close championship battles in both divisions.
