Kenyan President Ruto Tours Lagos Refinery Ahead of Proposed Lamu Project

Kenyan President William Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto toured Aliko Dangote’s 700,000-barrel-a-day refinery in Lagos on September 25, ahead of the planned September 30 groundbreaking for a proposed refinery in Lamu, Kenya.
