Adobe Launches Free Premiere Video Editing App on Android With AI Tools

Adobe says 95% of Indian creators are already mobile-first, framing the Android launch as particularly relevant to India’s creator economy.
The app includes a simplified “Mini Editor” that automatically fits clips to a template’s specified lengths and music beats; users can also publish directly to YouTube Shorts or switch to the full editor for more control.
Adobe says Enhance Audio was added in response to feedback from Indian creators. “We heard loud and clear from creators that background noise removal was a huge need for them,” said Diksha Kuhar, Adobe’s director of product marketing for Premiere mobile.
