Tourist Killed and Dozens Injured in Twin Ramban Highway Crashes

The two accidents happened within roughly 30 minutes of each other.
The twin crashes highlight the hazards facing drivers on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, which winds through mountainous terrain in Jammu and Kashmir. The News Now reported that the injured were transferred to hospitals for treatment, with the most severely hurt sent to Government Medical College Jammu. Officials said they would provide full medical care and are investigating the exact circumstances of both accidents. Local authorities promised continued support for those injured.
