Chris Pratt Thanks Kevin Feige For Marvel Casting After Multiple Audition Failures

Chris Pratt has thanked Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige for casting him when he was "kind of fat" and helped launch his career in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Pratt recalled how he auditioned for Feige 7 or 8,000 times, including for Captain America and a supporting role in "Captain America." Feige saw something in Pratt's audition that convinced him he could take on the role. Pratt also thanked Feige, who was named Pioneer of the Year by the Will Rogers Foundation at a dinner in Beverly Hills. This is not the first time Pratt has supported Feige.
