Drishyam 3 Releases First Song Ahead of October Premiere

Composer Ravi Basrur said he designed the track to suggest pressure building beneath the surface in Vijay’s world, while avoiding a sound that was “too loud or obvious.”

Lyricist Aamil Keeyan Khan said the song’s idea of revenge extends beyond anger, reflecting what the characters have done and carried with them over the years; he wanted the lyrics to convey the Drishyam theme that “every action has an equally terrifying reaction.”

Siddharth Basrur said he deliberately kept his vocals raw rather than “too perfect or too controlled,” aiming to preserve the aggression and emotion beneath the composition.

The film is directed by Abhishek Pathak and presented by Star Studio18, with Alok Jain, Ajit Andhare, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Pathak as producers and Sanjeev Joshi as co-producer.
