Bitcoin ETFs attract $159M in inflows while Ethereum funds extend losing streak

Ether rose about 2% to approximately $2,470 during the same period that U.S. spot ether ETFs recorded their third consecutive day of outflows, indicating that ETF redemptions occurred despite a modest increase in the underlying asset’s price.
U.S. XRP funds recorded roughly $5 million in outflows on September 17, reversing the small inflow they posted the previous day.
The single U.S. Zcash fund attracted nearly $47 million, its strongest showing to date, and had accumulated more than $230 million in inflows during the month.
Despite the recent withdrawals, ether ETFs remained more than $1.5 billion ahead in net flows over the prior 30 days, while bitcoin ETFs were ahead by nearly $2.5 billion over the same period.
Several major cryptocurrencies gained alongside the ETF-flow data: Zcash rose about 10% to roughly $1,488, Solana gained 5% to nearly $105, BNB increased almost 4% to about $750, and bitcoin rose more than 1% to approximately $77,216.
