Datavault AI Investors Face October Deadline in Securities Class Action Lawsuit

Several law firms have alerted Datavault AI investors to a securities class action and an October 5, 2026, deadline to seek appointment as lead plaintiff. The complaints allege that the company and its executives misrepresented the economic value of partnerships, overstated trading activity on the Datavault Platform, and failed to disclose connections to a convicted felon that allegedly risked reputational harm. The notices describe different class periods: several identify purchases from September 4, 2024, through October 30, 2025, while one identifies September 4, 2024, through August 18, 2026. The claims are allegations, and investors may remain class members without seeking the lead-plaintiff role.
The court-appointed lead plaintiff is described as the investor with the largest financial interest in the relief sought who is also adequate and typical of the class; that person directs and oversees the litigation.
Choosing not to seek the lead-plaintiff role does not affect an investor’s ability to share in a potential recovery, and class members can seek that role through counsel of their choice.
Holzer & Holzer’s notice specifies that its communication was paid for and identifies Corey Holzer as the attorney responsible for its content.
Levi & Korsinsky says investors can explore a potential recovery even if they still hold their Datavault AI shares, and that contacting the firm carries no cost or obligation to participate.
