Texans wide receiver Nico Collins misses practice again with a persistent hamstring injury.

Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins remains sidelined from practice with a hamstring injury and is at risk of missing a second straight game, this Sunday against the Colts. He may need to return to practice by the end of the week to have a chance to play. If Collins is out, Dalton Schultz and Xavier Hutchinson could take on larger roles, with Schultz potentially becoming Houston’s leading target.
Collins injured his hamstring during practice the Wednesday before the reports, and had not logged notable on-field work since then.
The Texans officially listed Collins as a non-participant at Wednesday’s practice, according to the team’s public-relations report.
Collins had already sat out Houston’s Week 2 loss to the Bengals.
