Volaris Group Acquires UK Workplace Software Provider Matrix Booking

Volaris Group has acquired Matrix Booking Limited, a UK-based provider of meeting room and desk booking software used by government departments, NHS organizations, and other public sector bodies across the UK. The software helps organizations manage their people's physical workspace and manages meeting room reservations and desk book across distributed estates. Under Volaris Group’s permanent ownership model, Matrix Bookings will continue to operate as a standalone business, retaining its brand, its customer relationships and its operating independence. The acquisition is seen as a significant step forward for Matrix Bookig, with customers expected to expect more investment in AI and automation and innovation across the board.
