Jamaica Accepts Tender Offers for Cash on Multiple Note Series Totaling $402 Million

The Government of Jamaica (Jamaica) has accepted Offers to Tender for Cash for its 6.750% Notes due 2028, 8.500% Notesdue 2036, and 8.000% Notes Due 2039. The offer was made through an invitation for offers to tender Old Notes for cash (the Invitation), subject to terms and conditions outlined in the Invitation Material. The Maximum Purchase Price for all Old Notes accepted for purchase is U.S.$402,223,657.01. The Settlement Date is expected to occur on Thursday, September 17, 2026. The Invitation is conditioned upon the closing of the New Notes Offering in an amount acceptable to Jamaica. The distribution of materials relating to the Invitations and the transactions contemplated thereby may be restricted by law in certain jurisdictions.
