Nobu Hospitality Plans to Open First Puerto Rico Hotel and Restaurant by 2028

The San Juan project will be Nobu’s second hotel project in the Caribbean, according to Caribbean Journal.
Nobu’s announced hotel pipeline also includes projects in Nashville, New York and Orlando, as well as Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and Tulum in Mexico.
Nobu Hospitality was founded by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro and Meir Teper.
The announcement did not disclose expected job creation or identify other project participants beyond developer KTT.
