Five Australian-listed companies have announced 2026 annual meeting schedules and director-nomination deadlines. Noble Helium set its AGM for Nov. 26, with nominations due Oct. 14; Gold Hydrogen scheduled its meeting for Nov. 25, with nominations closing Oct. 6; and OncoSil Medical set its AGM for Nov. 18, also with nominations due Oct. 6. MyEco Group’s AGM is set for Nov. 26, with nominations closing Oct. 7, while McLaren Minerals scheduled its meeting for Nov. 23, with nominations due Oct. 5. The notices establish timelines for shareholder participation and potential board elections, with meeting agendas and other details to follow.
Gold Hydrogen’s AGM will be held in Brisbane; the company said AGM materials, including further information on resolutions, performance and strategy, would be circulated closer to the meeting.
OncoSil Medical said its formal meeting notice will provide the agenda and resolutions. Its lead OncoSil implant delivers targeted beta radiation to tumours, and the company says the product is commercially available in more than 30 countries.
MyEco Group’s AGM is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Nov. 26, and the company said its director-nomination deadline was set in line with ASX Listing Rule 14.3.
At McLaren Minerals’ AGM, shareholders will consider directors’ re-election and appointment. The company is advancing resource, metallurgical and technical studies for its McLaren Titanium and Barossa mineral sands projects.
