Its international program includes a collaboration between Malta-based ceramic artist Jane Birchall and Singaporean artist-educator Aida binte Khalid, as well as six joint projects by students from MCAST and Singapore’s Temasek Polytechnic.

Each 2026 Metrobank Art & Design Excellence grand awardee receives PhP500,000, consisting of PhP350,000 in cash and a PhP150,000 scholarship to the 2027 Eskinita Art Residency Program, plus a copper “More” trophy sculpted by 2007 MADE alumnus Juan Sajid. The recognized works include Vince Martin A. Macatangay’s painting “Sonder,” Kennette A. Luague’s mixed-media work “Taya” and Aldrin B. Olaguir’s sculpture.
