Several Companies Announce Final Results From Recent Shareholder Voting Outcomes

Several companies reported shareholder-meeting outcomes on September 28, 2026. At Anavex Life Sciences, shareholders elected all six company nominees to the board, rejecting six nominees put forward by PVG Asset Management. Shareholders at Fujian Cosunter approved using raised funds to capitalize a controlled subsidiary and carry out funded projects and related transactions, while Ningbo Xianfeng approved Wang Cheng’s nomination as a non-independent director candidate. Hunan Corun shareholders approved changes to the company’s registered capital and Articles of Association. Kangda New Materials shareholders approved extending the validity of its 2025 private-placement resolution and related board authorization, as well as adjusting the estimated amount of 2026 related-party transactions.
Anavex’s six elected director nominees were Jiong Ma, Peter Donhauser, Axel Paeger, Gautam Patel, Adrian Senderowicz and Claus van der Velden.
The six PVG Asset Management nominees who were not elected were Patrick S. Adams, John Boris, Dale Curtis Hogue Jr., Jason Kolbert, Rene Mora and Ralf von Ziegesar.
Anavex held its annual meeting on September 24 and announced the final certified voting results on September 28, 2026.
