Backstreet Boys Announce Four-Show Toronto Residency as Exclusive 2027 North American Dates

The band’s first North American breakthrough came in Canada with its 1995 single “We’ve Got It Goin’ On,” before it conquered the U.S. market.
Brian Littrell said returning to Canada “feels incredibly special” and offers a chance to celebrate memories with fans and make new ones.
The Toronto set is expected to include rarely performed songs “It’s Gotta Be You” and “The Perfect Fan,” alongside other fan favorites.
Drake joined the Backstreet Boys onstage during their last Toronto concert in 2022.
The Backstreet Boys will play four shows at Toronto's Rogers Centre on February 12, 13, 19 and 20, 2027, marking their only North American stadium dates that year, according to CBC. The residency, titled "Into the Millennium – Homecoming: Live in Canada," will feature songs from their 1999 album *Millennium* alongside other hits and deeper cuts rarely performed live.
The Toronto run follows the band's Las Vegas Sphere residency and a 10-show stint in Düsseldorf, Germany. Winnipeg Free Press reports that Rogers customer presales begin October 5, with public tickets on sale October 9.
The Backstreet Boys' connection to Canada runs deep. Their 1995 single "We've Got It Goin' On" broke through first in Canada before conquering the U.S. market. This Toronto homecoming holds special meaning for a group that built its global empire starting north of the border.
Band member Brian Littrell expressed his excitement about the comeback. He said returning to Canada "feels incredibly special" and gives fans a chance to celebrate shared memories while creating new ones. Brandon Sun covered the announcement, highlighting the emotional weight of the residency for the group.
The four-show Toronto run will spotlight the entire *Millennium* album, a 1999 release that defined the boy band era. Ottawa Sun reports that the setlist will include rarely performed songs like "It's Gotta Be You" and "The Perfect Fan," mixed with stadium anthems fans expect to hear.
The Backstreet Boys last performed in Toronto in 2022. That night, rapper Drake joined the band onstage, creating a memorable moment for fans. The 2027 residency gives the group a chance to build on that energy and cement another iconic Toronto run in their history.
