Skoda Slavia Facelift Launches in India With Fresh Styling and Upgraded Gearbox

Skoda opened pre-bookings for the facelift with a Rs 15,000 booking amount and began producing it at its Chakan facility in Pune.
The 1.0-litre TSI produces 115 hp and 178 Nm, while the 1.5-litre TSI makes 150 hp and 250 Nm; a six-speed manual remains available with the 1.0-litre engine.
Other listed cabin equipment includes powered and ventilated front seats, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a variable-geometry air-conditioning compressor.
The facelift is offered in 10 colours. Cappuccino Beige is one of the two new shades, but deliveries in that colour are due to begin only from December 2026.
Skoda is launching the facelifted Slavia sedan in India on October 6, with prices starting at Rs 9.99 lakh ex-showroom India Today. The updated model brings a sharper look, more tech inside, and a new eight-speed automatic transmission for the smaller engine CarandBike. Deliveries are expected during the festive season, with the sedan keeping its core shape but getting revised lights, grille, and bumpers.
The facelifted Slavia keeps its basic sedan shape but adds refreshed exterior styling. New LED lighting units, a redesigned grille, and updated front and rear bumpers give it a fresher face Auto India Daily. The sedan rides on new alloy-wheel designs and features two additional paint options, including Cappuccino Beige—though that shade won't arrive until December 2026 Sunday Guardian Live.
Inside, the Slavia jumps to a bigger digital driver display and a larger infotainment screen. New features include a 360-degree camera for easier parking CarLelo and a rear-seat massage function for comfort. The updated sedan skips a panoramic sunroof and Level 2 driver-assistance features, which remain absent from the lineup. A variable-geometry air-conditioning compressor helps manage cabin temperature efficiently.

The updated Slavia continues to compete directly with midsize sedans like the Volkswagen Virtus, Hyundai Verna, and Honda City. The sedan will be offered in six main variants: Classic, Classic Plus, Signature, Sportline, Prestige, and Monte Carlo Sunday Guardian Live. Pre-bookings are already open with a Rs 15,000 deposit, with production underway at Skoda's Chakan facility in Pune.
