NFL investigates referee incident after viral video and formal NFLPA complaint.

The NFL is investigating a referee incident during a game between the Arizona Cardinals and New York Giants, following a heated exchange between the Cardinals and the New York Rangers. The incident occurred during the final minutes of the game, when the Cardinals' Jacoby Brissett attempted to engineer a game-winning or tying drive with Trey McBride, but no flag was put down for pass interference against Dru Phillips. The video of the incident was shared on social media and led to a complaint from the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) executive director JC Tretter. The NFL is reviewing the incident. This comes after a series of controversial incidents involving referees, including a botched pass interference penalty on "Sunday Night Football" and a collision with Minnesota Vikings linebacker Eric Wilson.
