Ondo Finance Token Jumps 25% Following New BlackRock-Backed Portfolio Launch

Ondo Finance launched three tokenized investment portfolios built around strategies developed by BlackRock: high income, diversified growth and high growth. Each token represents a portfolio of assets that may include equities, fixed-income securities and Bitcoin ETFs, with holdings and allocations recorded onchain and tokens designed for around-the-clock transfers and trading. The products are currently available only to qualified investors outside the United States in approved jurisdictions. ONDO rose sharply after the launch, with reports attributing gains of roughly 20% to 25% to renewed interest in Ondo’s role in institutional and real-world-asset tokenization.
The three tokens are named BLKHIon, BLKDIGon and BLKGRWon; they are offered on Ethereum and BNB Chain.
The portfolios include automatic rebalancing, a feature described as a structural step beyond tokenizing individual assets.
Ondo’s real-world-asset holdings reportedly exceed $3.8 billion, and the company has more than 150,000 monthly active users and nearly 495,000 holders.
The launch took place amid an ongoing legal dispute over company leadership following the death of founder Nathan Allman.
