Dunkin and L.L.Bean launch their first collaboration featuring limited-edition fall sweaters and totes.

The collaboration is structured without an exchange of money: each company will retain the revenue from products sold through its own sales channels, according to L.L.Bean spokesman Jason Sulham.
L.L.Bean described the partnership as intended to reflect familiar New England routines, including morning coffee runs, weekends outdoors and fall traditions. Dunkin’ Chief Marketing Officer Jill Nelson said the brands wanted a collaboration that felt “authentic to the way people actually live.”
The Sept. 27 Boston Seaport preview will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and include a donut wall, custom donuts, Munchkins, complimentary Dunkin’ coffee and Refreshers, plus photo opportunities.
The Dunkin’ Rewards National Coffee Day offer is limited at participating stores to one free medium hot or iced coffee with an app purchase and excludes cold brew and espresso drinks.
L.L.Bean and Dunkin’ said the sweater and full-size tote will be available at 10 a.m. Sept. 29 through LLBean.com/Dunkin, while the mini coffee tote will be sold through DunkinRunsOnMerch.com and at roughly 50 Dunkin’ locations listed on the merchandise site.
Dunkin' and L.L.Bean are launching their first-ever collaboration this fall, blending the coffee chain's signature pink-and-orange branding with the heritage retailer's iconic sweater and Boat and Tote designs. Today Starting Sept. 22, customers can grab limited-edition sweater-inspired cup sleeves free with any hot or iced coffee purchase, while supplies last.
The partnership expands on Sept. 29 (National Coffee Day) with a $79.95 sweater, a $59.95 full-size tote, and a $24.95 mini coffee tote, sold online and at select Maine Dunkin' locations. Mashable says the partnership taps into viral brand mashups that have become a cultural moment in retail and food.
Dunkin' Chief Marketing Officer Jill Nelson said the brands wanted collaboration that felt "authentic to the way people actually live." Parade Both companies are rooted in New England—L.L.Bean founded in Maine in 1912, Dunkin' in Massachusetts in 1950—and share decades of customer overlap. The partnership speaks to familiar routines: morning coffee runs, outdoor weekends, and fall traditions.
L.L.Bean's Chief Marketing Officer Nick Wilkoff added: "We wanted to create something that feels familiar and fun, bringing a touch of Dunkin' to two L.L.Bean favorites that have been a part of people's fall traditions for generations." Parade The sweater and tote designs date back decades—the Birdseye crewneck launched in 1965, the Canvas Boat and Tote in 1944.
