New Evidence Emerges in Cornell Fraternity Sexual Assault Investigation Involving Snapchat

New details are emerging about the alleged gang rape at Cornell University, where a photo of the accuser inside the Chi Phi fraternity house was allegedly included in Snapchat messages exchanged among fraternity members. The accuser, identified as Jane Doe in the filing, alleges that she was invited to participate in a threesome with two men who allegedly demanded her to snort ketamine, which she claims left her feeling intoxicated. The alleged assaults lasted over four hours and ended at 5:45 a.m. New York Governor Kathy Hochul has appointed New York Attorney General Letitia James to oversee the case. If you or someone has been sexually assaulted, contact the National Sexual Assault Hotline (4673) or go to 1-800800656-4673.
