Pentagon Warfare Study

Elon Musk and Palmer Luckey to lead new Pentagon future warfare study.

SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, Anduril Industries founder Palmer Luckey, and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich will lead a Pentagon study of the future of warfare, "Project Meridian," announced by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth. This is Musk's first official role advising the Trump administration since his public feud with President Trump last year. The study will focus on finding, developing and fielding the weapons and systems America's children and grandchildren will need in their lifetimes. Pentagon technology chief Emil Michael will assist the project. Final findings are expected in 120 days and a public rollout of a classified report.
