Synopsys and NVIDIA Drive Engineering Productivity with Autonomous Workflows

Synopsys has unveiled a suite of fully autonomous AI-driven engineering workflows built in collaboration with NVIDIA, the company announced at the 2026 DAC Chips to Systems Conference. The new tools span the entire design pipeline — from silicon chip verification to broader systems engineering — and are built to run for extended periods without human intervention, according to PR Newswire.
The company says the new agentic workflows — meaning AI agents that act and make decisions on their own — are designed to multiply engineering productivity significantly.
