Use it for product questions, account access problems, privacy or legal requests, billing questions, responsible security reports, partnership enquiries, and corrections to public information. Include the workspace name and relevant public URL when they are safe to share, but never send passwords, authentication tokens, full payment-card details, private API keys, or unnecessary personal data.

Account support

Signed-in users can also open the Zeitgeist Help conversation inside Messages. That route keeps the request associated with the correct account and workspace. Privacy and data-deletion requests should identify the account email and the right being exercised; the team may need to verify identity before changing or disclosing account data.

Security and integrations

Responsible security reports should clearly state the affected surface, expected impact, and safe reproduction steps. If an integration requires capabilities beyond the documented public discovery endpoints, describe the use case and the minimum permissions required. Zeitgeist operates online and supports customers through its digital channels.
