Zeitgeist AI operates Zeitgeist. This page explains how people can request deletion of personal information and connected account data, including information received through Meta and Instagram integrations.

Delete Connected Instagram Data

If you connected an Instagram account, you can disconnect it insideZeitgeist from the Instagram or workspace settings screen. Disconnecting removes our ability to use the account token for analytics, scheduling, and publishing.

Request Account or Workspace Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Zeitgeist account data, workspace data, or data associated with a connected Meta or Instagram account, email support@zgst.ai from the email address associated with your account. Include the Instagram username or workspace name if your request concerns a connected Instagram account or workspace.

We will verify the request and delete or de-identify personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute, or compliance purposes.

Meta Data Deletion Requests

When Meta sends us a valid data deletion request through its platform callback, we remove matching Instagram connection records and return a confirmation code with this status page URL.
